Gente tengo un problema re jodido.... bueno espero que no.
Compre una macbook pro usada, la de 13" hermosa por cierto, e impecable; el problema es que tiene el pass administrador y el tarambana del vendedor se la acuerda pero por alguna razón no valida :F

El tema es que quería "formatearla" o re instalar el Sistema, lo cual me es imposible porque me pide validar el usuario.

Probe instalar un snow leopard 10.5 booteando pero me da error al cargar el kernel o algo asi.
y me prestaron un snow leopard 10.6 con darwin X86 que leyendo me di cuenta q es para instalarlo en PC.

La pregunta es... Que hago ?? :'(

Podes probar con eso, busque por ahi... hay que probarlo.

Reset 10.5 Leopard password
Power on or restart your Mac.
At the chime (or grey screen if your chime is turned off), hold down Command+S on your keyboard to enter single-user mode.
This step is optional, but it’s a good idea because it checks the consistency of the hard disk before moving on. At the prompt, type fsck -fy and press Enter/Return. Wait for the checks to complete before going to the next step.
Type mount -uw / and press Enter.
Type launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plist and press Enter.
Type ls /Users and press Enter. This lists all of the usernames on the computer – helpful if you don’t know or remember what these are.
Type dscl . -passwd /Users/username password and replace “username” with one of the users displayed in the previous step. Replace “password” with a new password of your choice. Press Enter.
Type reboot and press Enter.

Y vos necesitas algo de lo que esta en la maquina? Me refiero a archivos del dueño anterior.
Por que yo en tu lugar arrancaria del dvd de instalación (debieran habértelo entregado ya que viene con la maquina), formatearia el disco e instalaria desde cero, asi te quedas tranquilo de que no hay nada raro dando vueltas del dueño anterior y el se queda tranquilo por si se olvido de borrar archivos personales, passwords, etc.
Para eso no necesitas el password de administrador, salvo que hayan seteado un pass en el firmware (EFI) y en ese caso no vas a poder arrancar la maquina por ningun medio.

ya esta solucionado pero en vez de "Type launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plist" puse ".DirectoryServicesLocal.Plist"

y cambie el pass de admin.

buenisimo.

luego de esto probe otros comandos desde el single user y borra todos los usuarios.
